how to update samsung galaxy android os mobiles

Samsung Galaxy Grand Duos had recently got Android 4.2.2 software update. With this update it became more powerful and most of its defects and bugs are fixed.
There is drastic changes in its user interface and touch. Drop bar is updated with all the one touch buttons like WiFi hotspot, Profile change in it. Even its have improved in terms of speed, performance but battery usage remains same.

Samsung Grand Got Update

You can upgrade software via phone or even externally by Samsung Kies software. Total download package size is about 488MB, which is in one full file.
To update directly from phone via WiFi, go to Settings > About Phone > Software Update >Update. This will start updated package download as shown in below image.

Changes after software upgrade:

1. Improved Drop Down Bar
2. Fast and smooth touch
3. Improved User Interface of Apps
4. Increase in Apps Size and Font
5. You wont have multi-window option after update

Problems after software upgrade:

1. Mobile hang frequently
2. No call conference options
3. Bluetooth, WiFi, Sending Problem
4. Apps will stuck and stop working
